- Researching and gathering all relevant information on registering stakeholders in accordance with WSCC policies and procedures.
- Determining approval of Clearance Requests by stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing customer service, quality assurance and management of stakeholder accounts, and
- Investigating and resolving inconsistencies reported on employer payroll statements
Assessment Representative
- A Business Administration Diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of relevant experience working in an inbound/outbound call center environment and/or customer service-related field.
- Knowledge in payroll systems, accounting or bookkeeping systems, business cycles, collections and/or insurance administration, and
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to communicate with stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
