Governance

The WSCC is overseen by a seven-person Governance Council. The Governance Council is responsible for the conduct of business and management while maintaining the credibility and vitality of the WSCC. The Governance is comprised of individuals from Nunavut and the Northwest Territories, and represents the interests of workers, employers, and the general public. The members are appointed by the Northwest Territories Ministers responsible for the WSCC in consultation with the Nunavut Minister.

Governance Council Directives are policies for how the Governance Council conducts its business. They outline the roles and responsibilities of the Governance Council members and provide direction to its members.
