Return to Work for Workers

Return to Work for Workers

WSCC’s priority is to help injured workers recover and get back to work. This involves the injured worker, the employer, health care providers, and the WSCC, all working together as a team.

Here you will find information on the RTW Process, as well as RTW-related forms and resources for workers.

Early and safe return to work has many benefits for the worker:

  • Improves recovery;
  • Improves psychosocial health;
  • Maintains financial benefits (CPP, EI, vacation leave, and other benefits); and
  • Preserves work skills and employability.

If you have questions about your return to work, contact your Case Manager or Adjudicator by calling: 1 (800) 661-0792.
