2026 WSCC Stakeholder Experience Survey
The Workers’ Safety and Compensation Commission (WSCC) has engaged Kai Analytics International Inc., an independent Canadian research firm, to conduct the 2026 WSCC Stakeholder Experience Survey.
The survey will gather feedback from selected workers and employers to better understand stakeholder service experiences, identify opportunities for improvement, and to inform future planning and decision-making.
Participation is voluntary. Responses will remain confidential, and results will be reported in a way that does not identify individual participants.
The survey is open from November 9 to 30, 2026. Estimated completion time is 10 to 15 minutes.

Kai Analytics has registered the study with the Canadian Research Insights Council (CRIC).
