Here are a few ways you will make a difference:
  • Register injury and incident claims to the appropriate employer account in an accurate and timely manner 
  • Triage and Prioritize claims according to type of claims and escalate when necessary
  • Perform initial review of the documentation on file and determine if there is enough information for entitlement decisions to be made
  • Complete complex calculations of benefits as outlined be relevant policies
  • Other related administrative duties as required
What you bring to the role:
  • Successful completion of two (2) year Social Science Diploma
  • Two (2) years solid administrative experience in a similar office environment and customer service skills with a demonstrated mathematical ability performing complex financial calculations
  • The ability to interpret and comprehend acts, policies and procedures including various collective agreements. 
  • Proficient interpersonal skills to deal effectively with clients and internal WSCC personnel.
