Do you have ideas on how WSCC can work with you to advance the safety culture and improve service? Let us know!
Evaluating Stakeholder Needs:
The WSCC is gearing up for the start of a new three-year strategic plan. To make sure we provide employers with the services they need, we are hitting the phones and the streets to ask!
During January and February, WSCC team member Mike Filipowitsch will call and visit employers across the Northwest Territories and Nunavut. He will collect valuable information about how your organization works with the WSCC, what support you need from us, and ways we can work together to advance a strong Northern safety culture.
The information Mike collects directly supports our strategic priority of Delivering Quality Services and Outcomes for Employers and Workers. The President’s Office will use the data to make recommendations to ensure our services meet your needs.
Below are the questions Mike will ask. Don’t get a call or a visit? Don’t worry. You can email your responses to info@wscc.nt.ca.
- What WSCC services do you use the most?
- What additional services, offered by the WSCC, do you believe would help you in
- carrying out your business?
- If these additional services include training, what specific training courses are you interested in?
- Are site visits conducted in a professional and proactive manner?
- Is the feedback given, as a result of site visits, helpful to you and your business?
- What additional feedback and/or resources would you like to receive?
- Is there any other information you would like to provide the WSCC with?
- Are you aware of the draft OHS Regulations?
- Do you have any concerns about the proposed changes?
Together, we can eliminate workplace diseases and injuries.
