As a government agency in the Northwest Territories and Nunavut, the public has a right to access information relating to themselves, and the right to request information held by the WSCC.

There may be instances where members of the general public request records from the WSCC that contain personal information that is not their own. This requires a formal request to the WSCC’s Access to Information Coordinator.
